Our Story
A wholesome alternative to sugar, made entirely by hand.
Date & Drip started with a simple question: why should a great latte need refined sugar or artificial sweeteners? We found our answer in the date, whose deep caramel sweetness pairs with espresso like nothing else.
We sweeten organic coffee, matcha and tea with organic date syrup, and bake our banana bread and sourdough by hand in small batches. No mixes, no shortcuts, and zero preservatives. Right now you’ll find us as a pop-up around Los Angeles.

Refined sugar is sweetness with everything else stripped away. Date syrup comes from real fruit, so some of the date’s natural goodness comes along for the ride.

Two coffees, a matcha latte (hot or iced) and three teas, all organic. Most are sweetened with organic date syrup; our chrysanthemum and oolong teas are served pure. Ask for half sweet or unsweetened anytime.
